How do you keep yourself and your team motivated? 2. If you haven't already, please develop 3 additional questions to ask at your interview. 3. Interview a front-line supervisor or manager that you know personally or who works in your business or organization. Use the questions we provided and the ones you developed. Interview Write-Up Instructions: 1. Construct a Word document to summarize your interview. o Create a title for your document (e.g. Rory’s Interview with Sherry Smith). o Name the person you interviewed and list their position or title and any other interesting information you may have on the individual. 2. Create a paragraph for each question you asked. In the paragraph, include the following: o The question (and any follow-up questions you may have asked). o A summary of their response. o A brief explanation of what you learned from their response and how you plan to apply this in your role.
